    I really like the quote from Larry Page explaining that it’s important to go for “mega-ambitious dreams… you have little competition.”
    With the talent pools being set up at major companies and the defense of decisions the think they’ve made, sometimes it can be a challenge to invite workers to search for a better job elsewhere, even if their perfect dream job is just around the corner. TalentSeekr seeks to overcome the “comfortable” position and allows companies looking for talent to find it among those currently comfortable but with a vision for the future. Those mega-ambitous dreams are available for the company searching to fill top positions and those that will fill those places.
