It’s time to get back to business.
Today, I launched a regular happening on recruitingblogs.com. Called Digging Into Recruitingblogs.com, the idea is to showcase the things that make the community the vibrant place that it is. Here’s the introductory article.It is a perfectly liberating shift following my year at recruiting.com.
So, that’s the package these days…Recruiting Roadshow™, recruitingblogs.com and johnsumser.com…small regional events, online community organizing and commentary. Here are the underlying ideas:
- local markets complement a global community;
- local leadership and expertise are as good or better than celebrity leadership and expertise; and,
- everyone wins when recruiters help recruiters.
